Additional Activities
- Game viewing. The village is situated on the Southern bank of the Crocodile River, with views extending from about two kilometres up and downstream. The river is approximately twenty-five metres from the extended viewing area. The animals utilise both banks of the river for feeding and drinking so sightings are remarkably close.
- Daily guided game drives into the Kruger National Park in both open safari vehicles and dedicated, closed air-conditioned vehicles. Overnight trips to camps inside the Park as well as night drives will also be arranged.
- Tours to Mozambique, Swaziland and other local attractions will be available.
- Guided fishing excursions in equipped boats with professional guides can be organised to local, private dams in the area. The area offers tigerfish, bass, barbel and bream for catch and releases fishing.
- It will be possible to include an annual membership to the Malalane Golf and Bowls Club into the Villages levies. Other golf courses in the area include Nelspruit; White River; Komatipoort, Skukuza and the prestigious Leopard Creek golf club is 15 minutes drive from Mkiva Village.
- There will be a shuttle service to the golf and bowls club
